研究领域

1. 蛋白质别构(Allostery)机制研究

运用分子模拟、生物网络模型及序列分析方法,开展靶标蛋白质的别构调控机制研究。



2. 计算机辅助药物设计

运用分子对接、药效团模型、骨架跃迁、组合库设计及从头设计等方法,开展靶向蛋白质激酶及表观遗传酶的药物设计。



3. 针对翻译后修饰(Post-Translational Modification, PTM)开展结构系统生物学研究。
